Previous Cambion Core Power was better imo as a GM. The new one raises a lot of questions like causing reactor meltdowns on human targets. It also doesn't reward the sensor mechanic of the frame as much.
I really, really want to express just how much I love this, but at this moment my verbose vocabulary has deserted me. So, I'll instead say that this is perfect and you should try it.
